Here is a simple month-by-month timeline showing the clear progress of your future home:
Phase 1: Pre-Construction (Months 1 to 6)
This phase prepares the raw ground for the heavy towers. Big machines clear the plot and remove rocks to make the land flat. Diggers make deep holes for the basement parking levels. Then, workers pour thick concrete to create a very strong foundation base. This base must support the huge weight of the high-rise floors above it.
Phase 2: Structural Development (Months 7 to 24)
Now the towers start growing up into the blue sky. The building teams construct the basement pillars and pour concrete for each new floor slab. You will see the Prestige Avon progress move very fast as new floors appear every few weeks. This phase brings the biggest visual change to the site.
Phase 3: Brickwork and Internal Work (Months 25 to 36)
At this stage, the building starts to look like a real home. Workers build the outside walls and make rooms like the living room and bedrooms. Plumbers add water pipes inside the walls, and electricians put wires through the pipes. After this, the walls are covered with a smooth layer of plaster.
Phase 4: Finishing Stage (Months 37 to 48)
This is the stage when your apartment looks like a finished luxury space. Workers lay down shiny floor tiles, paint the walls, and fix the wooden doors. They also fit the glass windows to make the flat ready for the final design work.
Phase 5: Final Handover Stage (Months 49 to 54)
The final stage focuses on completing pending work and checking the project's essential systems.
The developer and relevant authorities carry out required inspections and approvals. Common facilities and services are also prepared for residents.
Once the necessary completion and occupancy-related approvals are received and the homes are ready for possession, buyers can begin the process of moving into their apartments.
